Watching the domestic news of the last few months, one will see that despite the social reactions that have developed, the isolation and suppression of the antagonistic movement as well as the imposition of unprecedented social control measures remains a key objective of the Greek state. The gentrification of Exarcheia includes the construction of a metro station in the square, the redevelopment-privatisation of the Strefis Hill and the blocking of access to the Polytechnic, and aims to uproot the revolutionary tradition of the area. Similarly, the installation of riot squads and all kinds of cops inside the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki aims to sterilize the university premises from any voice of opposition to the bosses. But beyond hitting the movements, the hiring of thousands of new cops, the millions given to equip the police and their constant presence in the public arena on every occasion, set the tone of the new social contract. And all this at a time when society is being impoverished anew, violently pushing those from below to the limits of survival. In a nutshell, as Petzas arrogantly informed us: adaptation (to capitalist and state dictates) or death.

The effort by the current government to restructure the education system and especially the universities starts the very next day following its election with the abolition of the university asylum law. Their pretext was to crack down on lawlessness and instill a sense of security. This was followed by the passing of Law 4777 in the midst of quarantine to avoid major social reactions. The response to those that were expressed was a display of violence and brutality. Just a few examples:

– the pulling of a gun by a cop at the ASBOE (Athens University of Economics & Business

– the two eviction of the occupied Rectorate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in a period of one month in 2021

– the eviction of the Biologica Squat

– the hundreds of injuries, beatings and arrests during the last two years of student mobilizations

– the firing of asphyxiant gas inside the SITE (Science Faculty of Aristotle University, Thessaloniki) in broad daylight with hundreds of students and workers trapped inside the building and suffocating

– the hitting and severely injuring of a student with a flashbang grenade fired at point-blank range

– the murderous attack on the crowd attending Thanasis Papakostantinou’s concert during the 3rd Libertarian Festival of Occupied Spaces and Collectives, which almost resulted in people being trampled.

This is the security that is evoked through beatings, by torture, by enforcing graveyard silence. The similarities with the seven years 67-74, as disorienting as they can be as to what it would have been like with a left-wing social democratic government, demonstrate that state and capital, regardless of the regime, do not count neither democratic rights nor human lives in their pursuit of power and profit.

About Law 4777. While the logic behind this law focuses on the sterilization of university campuses, it does not stop there. It establishes a permanent OPPI (University Institution Protection Teams) presence, and stipulates for the installation of cameras and turnstiles at the entrances of the faculties. It further stipulates for the introduction of a disciplinary law to facilitate the expulsion of students, and permanent expulsion if the number of years of study (n+2) is exceeded. It throws thousands of impoverished students out of higher education via the Minimum Admission Base. It reinforces class barriers and further facilitates the profitability of capital.

But what is the role of the universities and why is their restructuring so central to this government’s agenda? In the capitalist division of labour, universities train tomorrow’s skilled workforce of the economy as well as producing the research to be used by the bosses to increase their profitability. The university also trains tomorrow’s bosses or managers. The ideology of social advancement, although it only concerns a small part of the student body, is used to obscure the class interests of the larger majority.

In the antithesis of capitalist imperatives, the university produces not only research and exploitation but also their contestation. Behind the students’ union demands and the regime’s propaganda about centers of lawlessness lies, in latent form and low intensity, an aspect of the war between exploiters and exploited. This is why in moments of great intensification of the conflict the student struggles are embraced by large sections of the proletarian base. This is why the occupation of November ’73 developed into an uprising that challenged the regime.

Since then, the university has been and still is a springboard for social – class struggles and resistances. Since then, the Greek state’s counterinsurgency strategy has set as its goal the gradual reclamation of the state monopoly on violence in the universities.

The murders of Iakovos Koumis and Stamatina Kanellopoulou in the 1980 Polytechnic march by the riot police, the execution of Michalis Kaltezas in the corresponding march of 1985 and the eviction of the old Chemistry building the next day, the clashes and the eviction of the Polytechnic in November 1995 with the arrests of 500 anarchists, the central role of the occupied university buildings in the revolt of December 2008, the choice of the Law School for the hunger strike of 300 immigrants in January 2011, the function of the university buildings in the center of Athens as centers of struggle during the anti-memorandum demonstrations in February 2012, the breaking of the curfew in February-March 2021 with the re-occupied faculties of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki as a base, the thousands of rebellious moments that have been unfolding all these years around the universities are just a few examples of how central the universities are to the process of class antagonism in the Greek metropolises.

It is a central stake and our historical duty as part of the social movement working for human emancipation to connect the struggles of previous generations by defending their gains. Against the unrealistic logic that by struggling we cannot change anything, we can use the memory of struggle as the weapon and inspiration that will reignite the struggles in the here and now.

On the contrary, it is the institutional avenues for social change and the protection of the grassroots against capitalist violence that have proven ineffective time and time again. We could cite hundreds of incidents. We will suffice with the following: SYRIZA’s promises to abolish the memoranda have been translated into new memoranda, death politics on immigration and deepening cooperation with NATO. We have nothing to expect from the establishment left but attempts at assimilation and veiled repression.

As for the independent judiciary, we recall that the child rapist and chosen one of New Democracy, Lignadis, was released from prison after only a short period of incarceration. The murderers of Zak Kostopoulos either fall into the lap of the law (Hortarias, Athanasopoulos) or are acquitted (the cops involved). The accused in the Siemens scandal are all innocent after more than ten years. For the illegal funding of millions by New Democracy and PASOK, the impartial judiciary has decided that no one is to blame.

In contrast to the above, Yannis Michaelides remains imprisoned indefinitely and has completed the necessary time for conditional release. All we can expect from bourgeois justice is that it will defend the interests of the ruling class to the bitter end.

On 21 October the trial of some of the cops who tortured comrade Vassilis Mangos begins. Knowing the role of bourgeois justice, we repeat the comrade’s words “And even if we never win we will always fight”.

The only hope for those from below lies in unmediated multiform class struggles. Whether in the workplaces, in the universities, or in the neighborhoods to oppose state violence and capitalist exploitation with class organization and the right of insurrection. To reject introspection and overcome the divisions imposed on us. To make fear change sides. For a world of equality, freedom, solidarity. For anarchy.

On 07/10 at noon we returned a small share of the state violence that we receive daily by attacking with Molotov cocktails the MAT (riot cops) that guard the pavilion area at the Biology Department of Aristotle University in Thessaloniki. We took all necessary measures to avoid endangering passers-by. First we targeted the cops who were falling asleep while on guard duty and after they retreated we attacked their van.

ANDRA barre-toi, on est sur la bonne voie !

A nos ami.e.s les sales gosses, on voulait raconter... une de ces belles soirées étoilées.

En petit crew, on est parti.e.s de nuit. On a marché, un tout petit peu crapahuté, on s’est baladé. Un peu préparé qu’on était, tout avait été bien repéré. On a rigolé, bon pas trop chantonné, on était p’tet quand même un peu stressé.e.s. Mais même si on se voyait à peine, on vous promet ça smylait.

Et on a trouvé sur notre passage… une voie de chemin de fer. Par le plus grand des hasards ! Alors, avec les moyens du bord, un des rails a été … quelque peu endommagé. Oups !! Très patiemment, tranquillement et avec toutes les précautions, on a attendu petit à petit … que le cric craque le rail !
Et puis on est reparti.e.s tranquillou, sans laisser de traces.

Et non, on s’est pas trompé d’endroit, on est bien sur la bonne voie !! Celle de 35km de long entre Nançois et Gondrecourt le château. Celle qui devrait être réhabilitée pour amener le matériel pour CIGEO, le projet d’enfouissement des déchets radioactifs dans le coin de Bure. Puis qui transporterai les déchets radioactifs deux fois par semaine pendant 150 ans.

On a laissé une petite trace de notre passage, un léger embêtement pour eux le jour où iels veulent les réhabiliter ces rails. Mais c’est un petit embêtement parmi d’autre. La voie est longue, le temps sera long, très long. Maintenant ou dans le futur, y en aura bien des rails à craquer… pour faire plus que les embêter !

On est ressorti.e.s de tout ça bien remotivé.e.s. Tout d’un coup, on se sentait plus fort.e.s face à toute cette folie nucléaire. Et c’était pas si compliqué. Un peu de préparation, un peu de concentration, un peu d’adrénaline et le tour est joué. Franchement essayez, c’est rigolo ! Comme on dit, plus on est, plus on rit ! Plus on sera là, moins GIGEO rira !

Un groupe de flics en civil était présent tout au long de la manifestation du 29 septembre, et ils ont souvent traîné dans le cortège de tête.

En fin de manifestation, iels ont interpellés 5 personnes au coeur du cortège syndical, qui n’a pas fait grand chose pour empêcher ces arrestations. On remarque même, en regardant attentivement la vidéo ci-dessous une petite intervention du Service d’Ordre la CGT qui, dès qu’il se rend compte qu’il fait face à une arrestation, s’écarte pour laisser la police faire son travail.

On a trouvé ça bien flippant, on s’est dit qu’il faudrait réfléchir a des moyens de virer ce genre de groupes de la manif, Et on a tenté d’extraire des photos de ces keufs, et de les poster ici. Some say that we are running out of time. Some say the anarchist idea and the fight for a social revolution belong to past centuries. Some say that authority is annihilating and alienating all life on this planet to a point of no return. Some say that digital distraction and its convenient confusionism have replaced our capacity to imagine an autonomous and free life. Some say that there is no way out of the deadly logics of progress, power and profit. Some say that we live in a world of sheep and wolves, and there are no other forms of relationships possible.

Perhaps. Perhaps we are just untamable dreamers that stubbornly refuse to accept the horrors and obedience that this authoritarian world thrives on. Or perhaps we simply cannot turn our backs on the black thread of history: as long as there have been those dominating and exploiting — upheld by those reproducing or resigning to these logics –, there have been individuals who have never stopped lusting for freedom; those who never kneeled to the tyranny of cages and categories; those who transmit their experiences of struggle for others to make their own; those who have never settled for mere survival nor for the comfort of a life built on the oppression of others; those who embrace and spread the adventure of revolt inviting anyone with a disgust for authority to find their own means to struggle against it; those who generously put into practice diverse and sublime acts of solidarity; those who, faced with the blows of repression, remain fierce and dignified; those who refuse representation, compromises, political strategies or assimilation.

We are on their side and the spreading, deepening and continuation of these ideas and practices are explicitly why we created a new anarchist space. In these times of crisis and catastrophes, repression and restructuring, virtual life and voluntary servitude, our hearts, heads and hands are determined in pursuing and pushing a tension for
solidarity, direct action and self-organization.

Though it can feel overwhelming, we are refusing the path of
resignation. We continue to develop ways to deepen the sense and
sensibility of our ideas and the urgency to act, to seek out accomplices with whom to exchange and experience our rebellion, to give amplitude to the sparks of life and struggle that inspire us, to give access to discussions, analysis and projects that contribute to social revolt.

Rivolta in carcere a Terni, ad accendere la scintilla è stato un secchio di vernice “negato”

La scintilla che ha innescato la domenica di fuoco nel carcere di terni sarebbe stato un secchio di vernice “negato”. Dal rifiuto di un agente della polizia penitenziaria nei confronti di un detenuto che voleva pitturare la sua cella sarebbe scaturita la rivolta che ha coinvolto una cinquantina di detenuti che si sarebbero impossessati di una delle quindici sezioni in cui è divisa la casa circondariale di vocabolo Sabbione, incendiandola e dandole fuoco.

Teatro dei fatti è la sezione H della struttura penitenziaria, in cui si trovano i reclusi in regime di media sicurezza. “Un detenuto avrebbe voluto un secchio di vernice per pitturarsi la cella ma, al comprensibile rifiuto del poliziotto, lo ha aggredito con violenza, istigando gli altri detenuti alla protesta violenza”. A ricostruire i fatti è Fabrizio Bonino, segretario nazionale umbro del Sindacato autonomo polizia penitenziaria (Sappe). “I ristretti, italiani e stranieri – continua Bonino - hanno dato fuoco alle cose detenute in cella ed hanno distrutto completamente la sezione. Questo ha determinato una situazione di allarme che ha coinvolto tutti i colleghi, anche quelli di congedo e riposo, che sono accorsi a dare manforte ai colleghi in servizio. Anche i detenuti di un’altra sezione – la M – hanno iniziato a protestare perché il fumo derivato dalle fiamme accese dai ristretti della Sezione H li stava investendo. Due poliziotti penitenziari sono al pronto soccorso ed altri dieci sono già stati refertati per colluttazione e inalazione del fumo dei materiali incendiati. Ora è del tutto evidente che devono essere trasferiti tutti i detenuti della sezione H, quella devastata”.

“Solo grazie all’intervento degli agenti di turno e di quelli richiamati in servizio, a cui va la nostra gratitudine – spiega Roberto Esposito, segretario nazionale del Sarap, richiamato in servizio proprio per fare fronte all’emergenza - è stato riportato l’ordine e la sicurezza nell’istituto. “A seguito della rivolta – prosegue Esposito - risultano feriti diversi agenti, alcuni sono stati trasportati al nosocomio locale riscontrando traumi e contusioni”.

Secondo i dati raccolti dall'associazione Antigone, il carcere di Terni al 30 settembre scorso ospitava 517 detenuti (di cui 127 stranieri) a fronte di una capienza massima di 416. Quindici le sezioni in cui è suddivisa la struttura - che accoglie anche il cosiddetto “carcere duro” - e nella quale lo scorso anno si sono verificati 11 aggressioni ai danni del personale. All’interno sono effettivamente presenti 206 agenti di polizia penitenziaria rispetto ad una dotazione organica prevista di 241.

“Oggi, tutto questo è accentuato anche dalla carenza di personale che non è un problema annunciato, ma una situazione endemica, un grave problema che né la politica né il Parlamento vogliono affrontare, lasciando la polizia penitenziaria a lavorare solo ed esclusivamente in deroga a qualsiasi norma pattuita, per l’assenza di protocolli specifici per affrontare queste situazioni. Infatti si è in attesa del nuovo regolamento di servizio che doveva essere discusso nel 2019 e ad oggi ancora non vede luce. È lapalissiano che il Dap – prosegue Esposito - lavora solo ed esclusivamente in funzione della popolazione carceraria, ponendo la polizia penitenziaria come il surrogato di dirigenti che non indossano la nostra divisa, in primis il capo del Dap. Per questo continueremo a chiedere a voce alta di restituire la polizia penitenziaria nelle mani della polizia penitenziaria”.

“Si tratta di eventi già ampiamente preannunciati dal Sappe per la mancanza di personale e di una struttura inadeguata alla vita penitenziaria: ormai si tratta di una sezione inagibile sotto ogni profilo, chiediamo un sopralluogo tecnico da parte del Prap e una visita ispettiva da parte della Asl per valutarne l’idoneità sotto il profilo dell’igiene e della sicurezza dei luoghi di lavoro”.

“Basta! Anche questa è una rivolta assurda ma annunciata – tuona Donato Capece, segretario generale del Sappe - A questo hanno portato questi anni di ipergarantismo nelle carceri, dove ai detenuti è stato praticamente permesso di auto gestirsi con provvedimenti scellerati ‘a pioggia’ come la vigilanza dinamica e il regime aperto, con detenuti fuori dalle celle pressoché tutto il giorno a non fare nulla nei corridoi delle sezioni. E queste sono anche le conseguenze di una politica penitenziaria che invece di punire, sia sotto il profilo disciplinare che penale, i detenuti violenti, non assume severi provvedimenti. Ormai picchiare un poliziotto in carcere senza subire alcuna conseguenza è diventato quasi uno sport nazionale, nella indifferenza della politica e dei vertici dell’amministrazione penitenziaria”.

“Il personale di polizia penitenziaria non ha ancora ricevuto i previsti guanti anti-taglio, caschi, scudi, kit antisommossa e sfollagente promessi dal capo del Dap Renoldi – denuncia ancora Capece - La situazione delle carceri umbre e italiane, per adulti e minori, è sempre più allarmante per il continuo ripetersi di gravi episodi critici e violenti che vedono sempre più coinvolti gli uomini e le donne appartenenti al corpo di polizia penitenziaria. Donne e uomini che svolgono servizio nelle sezioni detentive senza alcuno strumento utile a garantire la loro incolumità fisica dalle continue aggressioni dei detenuti più violenti. Il taser potrebbe essere lo strumento utile per eccellenza (anche perché di ogni detenuto è possibile sapere le condizioni fisiche e mediche prima di poter usare la pistola ad impulsi elettrici) ma i vertici del ministero della giustizia e del dipartimento dell’amministrazione penitenziaria fanno solo chiacchiere e la polizia penitenziaria continua a restarne sprovvisto”.

Il vandalise 14 caméras de vidéosurveillance pendant la nuit

Notre ville est la 2ème plus surveillée de France, elle sert de terrain d’expérimentation aux technologies sécuritaires : projet de BigData de la tranquillité publique, caméras à tous les coins de rue (1 558 au total), reconnaissance faciale, vidéo-verbalisation. Des projets au coût gigantesque (7 millions d’euros par an pour l’entretien du réseau de caméra et 25 000€ pour l’installation d’une caméra) et dont les dépenses viennent alimenter une vision politique raciste et bourgeoise basée sur la peur et la volonté de tout contrôler. La vidéo-surveillance normalise nos comportements et dissuade le passage à l’action subversive.

Nous refusons d’être observé dans nos milieux de vie, dans nos interactions quotidiennes, dans notre intimité.

Nous ne voulons pas voir nos quartiers s’aseptiser et Marseille devenir une station balnéaire pour touristes.

Nous ne les laisserons pas aller plus loin dans leur fantasme de gestion et de contrôle de nos vies.

Dérèglement climatique, effondrement de la biodiversité, inflation, crise énergétique, remise en cause du droit de grève, montée du fascisme…Alors que nous devrions rentrer dès maintenant en résistance face au ravage écologique et social en cours, nous restons pétrifiés devant ces dispositifs répressifs.

Démantelons, sabotons, incendions les infrastructures de la surveillance.

Alors que la grève des raffineries maintient la pression sur l’État et les capitalistes, un mouvement plus large de contestation est en train de naître. Lycéen·nes, dockers, marins, féministes, cheminots, enseignant·es… tous·tes appellent à la grève générale ce mardi 18 octobre.

Dans un contexte de forte mobilisation, des actions offensives, répétées et décentralisées peuvent renforcer le rapport de force. Partout dans nos villes et nos quartiers, commençons par débarrasser nos rues des caméras, puis continuons l’offensive. Organisons-nous en groupes d’actions, renforçons nos réseaux de lutte, rentrons en résistance !

Jeudi 3 novembre 18h, discussion : A l’assaut d’un ciel ombragé ?

  Quiconque cherche à saisir les conditions de possibilités de toute hypothèse révolutionnaire aujourd’hui doit, tôt ou tard, nécessairement formuler l’ensemble des problèmes avec clarté, afin de pouvoir les affronter. Remonter le fil de la critique radicale et révolutionnaire jusqu’à un passé récent, mais aussi se pencher sur les soulèvements et révoltes généralisées des dernières années ici et à l’international, pourrait alors permettre de faire un pas dans ce sens. Non pas dans l’intention d’y puiser des réponses toutes faites et encore moins des « solutions », mais pour commencer modestement à poser les questions, sans attendre la prochaine insurrection.
Si d’un côté, sans révolte généralisée on ne peut commencer aucune véritable transformation des rapports sociaux, de l’autre, quand celle-ci éclate et se répand comme une traînée de poudre, arrive un moment où elle se trouve arrêtée dans son élan. Mais, tout d’abord, quand peut-on parler d’une révolte « généralisée » ? Et surtout comment, en tant qu’anarchistes, participer à sa généralisation ? Ensuite alors, comment la faire durer et l’étendre, comment arriver au « deuxième assaut » , c’est-à-dire à ce passage qui se situe sur le terrain de l’irréversible – le moment à partir duquel on ne peut plus, même si on le voulait, revenir en arrière ? Si le funèbre retour à la normalité est bien souvent imposé par les capacités répressives de l’État, n’est-ce pas aussi la conséquence des difficultés à ancrer cette révolte aussi bien dans le temps que dans l’espace ? Certains avanceront alors que pour liquider l’ordre des choses, les révoltés ont besoin à un moment d’une « conception positive » de la vie qu’ils veulent vivre, ou que ce qui rend une révolte contagieuse c’est sa profondeur, c’est-à-dire le fait qu’elle devienne un « exemple vivant ». Pour d’autres le fait de se préoccuper de cette « conception positive » ce serait se projeter dans un « après » lointain, et que ce qui importe avant tout c’est d’aller toujours plus loin dans la destruction de l’ordre en place. Comment envisager d’abattre sans compromis et sans transition l’économie capitaliste et la société industrielle, quand ce sont les branches sur lesquelles nous sommes assis, sans céder aux chantages que les difficultés que cela implique nous réservent ? Peut-on aujourd’hui encore placer automatiquement la subversion comme un appendice des actes de destruction, et se fier à l’idée que par cette seule destruction, la conflictualité sociale actuelle tende vers un néant qui serait antithétique au néant produit par le capitalisme ? Peut-on encore penser, comme un compagnon hier, qu’un processus de renversement total du Vieux Monde consisterait dans un même mouvement en une « destruction sans résidus actifs et en une fécondation de la fantaisie qui crée et remplit de matière de nouvelles formes de vie » ? Si cette tâche destructrice et la passion qui l’anime n’ont pas été réduites à de simples velléités virtuelles, et que la fantaisie n’a pas totalement disparu suivant le rythme de la disparition des espèces, comment cela peut-il s’incarner plus concrètement dans l’état actuel du monde ?
Voilà le type de questionnements, parmi de nombreux autres, qui discutent dans des brochures comme Le mot et la chose. Marseille : plusieurs caméras dégradées dans le centre-ville

Dans la nuit de lundi à mardi, vers 2 h, la police municipale de Marseille a été avertie de dégradations [et plus précisément des incendies] quasi « simultanées » ciblant huit caméras de vidéosurveillance contrôlées par le Centre de supervision urbain (CSU) et disséminées sur plusieurs sites du centre-ville.

Peu après, un groupe de jeunes hommes âgés de 18 à 22 ans a été interpellé par une patrouille, ils étaient en possession de torches, de cagoules, de pieds de biche et de talkie-walkie. Selon nos informations, les suspects seraient tous originaires de Lozère.

« L’un d’eux sentait fortement l’essence« , glisse une source policière. Ils ont été placés en garde à vue dans les locaux de la division centre, qui cherche désormais à établir un lien entre les suspects et les dégradations, ainsi que les éventuelles motivations des différents protagonistes.

Des véhicules de TVA Québec vandalisés

Au moins sept véhicules appartenant à TVA Québec [réseau de télévision canadien privé appartenant au géant des télécommunications Québecor] ont été la cible de vandalisme dans la nuit de lundi à mardi. Plusieurs vitres et phares des véhicules ont notamment été fracassés par les auteurs de ces méfaits.

La police de Québec a été appelée sur les lieux des méfaits vers 5h30, mardi. Elle confirme qu’une plainte a été déposée pour des véhicules vandalisés, appartenant à une compagnie installée sur le boulevard Wilfrid-Hamel. Sur l’un des véhicules, le vandale a écrit les lettres CAQ, en référence au gouvernement [la Coalition avenir Québec est le parti au pouvoir depuis 2018]. Sur les caméras de surveillance d’ExpoCité, on voit un homme en cagoule s’approcher des véhicules, il est ensuite reparti à vélo.

Ce ne serait pas la première fois que les employés de TVA rentrent au boulot avec une mauvaise surprise. Leurs véhicules sont souvent la cible de vandales sur la route ou pendant les manifestations, si bien que tous les logos de la chaîne de nouvelles ont été retirés des voitures. Les voitures de TVA sont toutes blanches depuis environ un an, les logos ont été retirés pendant la pandémie, en raison de menaces répétitives. Les caméramans et journalistes, eux, sont la cible d’insultes sur une base régulière.

En décembre 2020, des véhicules de TVA au Saguenay ont été incendiés. Quelques semaines plus tard, en janvier 2021, cinq véhicule de TVA Sherbrooke ont été vandalisés. Le problème est préoccupant dans toute la province.

Accident ou acte de malveillance? Une permanence du Parti communiste vandalisée au Cannet

Le visage de Fabien Roussel est encore sous-verre, mais un bout de la vitrine a volé en éclat. Selon le Parti communiste, des voisins auraient entendu deux coups violents dans la nuit de lundi à mardi [18 octobre]. Le résultat était là au petit matin, dans un immeuble de la résidence Les Pins au Cannet, avec des bouts de verre éparpillés tout autour d’un local estampillé permanence du PCF.

« Ce n’est pas un accident mais plutôt un acte volontaire qui n’est pas signé! », s’insurge le responsable cannois du PCF, Dominique Henrot, qui s’interroge sur cet acte: « vandalisme gratuit ou agression politique », à l’approche de la fête annuelle du parti à la salle Recroix ce week-end.

Alain Cherqui, directeur de la police municipale au Cannet, précise que la vidéosurveillance, effective 24/24h à l’entrée de la résidence ou aux abords de l’immeuble, n’a pas permis de détecter une présence suspecte durant la nuit.

La police a arrêté un Gantois de 31 ans, présenté comme sympathisant de la cause palestinienne, suite à l’incendie de deux blindés appartenant à l’armée belge en cours d’équipement par la société OIP Sensor Systems à Audenarde, une filiale de la société d’armement israélienne Elbit.
L’action avait eu lieu le dimanche 28 août dans la zone industrielle de Westerring. Parmi les épaves, la police et les pompiers ont trouvé des restes de cocktails Molotov et un mur de l’entreprise affichait « Shut Elbit Down ».
Selon les déclarations de la justice, c’est sur la base des images des caméras que l’identification a été effectuée. Le juge d’instruction a arrêté l’homme pour « incendie volontaire avec intention terroriste ». La chambre des mise a prolongé sa détention provisoire d’un mois.

A solidarity message from captive member of the Organization Anarchist Action to anarchist guerilla Alfredo Cospito, who is on a hunger strike against isolation regime 41bis.

For some, the cohesion of comradeship is built on shared positions or philosophical opinions. In an empty dimension where common words are far from action. In the guerilla war what makes us comrades is the common enlistment in this war, the choices, the hostilities behind the mound of the anarchist struggle. And when we are wrapped in chains our common component is complicity, political responsibility, unrepentant stability in the same paths. It is the dedication to the pace of the path of fire.

 

Urban guerilla anarchist Alfredo Cospito has been held captive in the prisons of the Italian state since 2012. He has proudly claimed political responsibility for the shooting of Ansaldo Nucleare’s CEO, Roberto Adinolfi, an action carried out by the Olga Core of the Informal Anarchist Federation (FAI- IRF). Since then he has remained an unrepentant enemy of tyranny. The constant persecutions against him, the status of exception and the restrictions, although they constantly intensify his isolation, both from his social and from his political-social environment, they do not bend Alfredo’s rebellious will, his thirst for new moments of rebellion. Since 2016, under the cover of the anti-terrorist operation Scripta Manent, Alfredo has been accused of leading the FAI, a sentence that essentially aims at his life imprisonment. And yet he still defends the Anarchy of action. Anarchy that is hostile towards power and people of authority, Anarchy that arms itself and attacks.

Now Tyranny is sending Alfredo one step deeper into the concrete tombs of captivity, isolating him in the regime of 41bis, the cornerstone of sensory isolation in the Italian state’s maximum security prisons. Against the new exemption regime, the comrade has started a hunger strike since October 20, while the hunger striker Juan Sorroche now stands in solidarity with him. Because Anarchy does not beg, it fights to the end.

We enlisted behind the ramparts of the guerilla war because for us Anarchy is the conflict with the present itself, with the relations of power and exploitation. We are organizing direct action groups because we are looking for rupture and anti-authoritarian hostile actions, here and now. We are neither orators in auditoriums, nor philosophers in endless rounds of debates. We have the vision and the need for the total overthrow of statism and capitalist dictatorship, which constantly reproduces socio-economic crises. We have the will and determination to resist, to confront those of power, to attack in order to destabilize the regime and social peace.

Even through bars, with the same sagacity we have the courage and audacity to defend our choices. To serve the same values. Through a time of disarmament and resignation, we have a political responsibility to arm Anarchy through the propaganda of action. Σήμερα η Τυραννία στέλνει ένα βήμα πιο βαθιά στους τσιμεντένιους τάφους της αιχμαλωσίας τον Alfredo, απομονώνοντάς τον στο καθεστώς 41bis, το θεμέλιο λίθο της αισθητηριακής απομόνωσης στις φυλακές υψίστης ασφαλείας του ιταλικού κράτους. Απέναντι στο νέο καθεστώς εξαίρεσης ο σύντροφος έχει ξεκινήσει απεργία πείνας από 20 Οκτώβρη, ενώ στο πλευρό του πλέον τάσσεται αλληλέγγυα και ο απεργός πείνας Juan Sorroche. Γιατί η Αναρχία δεν ζητιανεύει, μάχεται μέχρι τέλους.

Στρατευτήκαμε πίσω από τα αναχώματα του ανταρτοπόλεμου γιατί για εμάς η Αναρχία είναι η σύγκρουση με το υπάρχον, με τις σχέσεις εξουσίας και εκμετάλλευσης. Οργανώνουμε πυρήνες άμεσης δράσης γιατί αποζητούμε τη ρήξη και τις αντιεξουσιαστικές εχθροπραξίες, εδώ και τώρα. Δεν είμαστε ούτε ρήτορες σε αμφιθέατρα, ούτε φιλόσοφοι σε ατέρμονους κύκλους συζητήσεων. Έχουμε το όραμα και την ανάγκη για τη συνολική ανατροπή του κρατισμού και της καπιταλιστικής δικτατορίας, που ανα-παράγει συνεχώς κοινωνικοοικονομικές κρίσεις. Έχουμε τη θέληση και την αποφασιστικότητα να αντισταθούμε, να αντιπαρατεθούμε με την κυριαρχία, να επιτεθούμε για να αποσταθεροποιήσουμε την καθεστωτική και κοινωνική ειρήνη.

Ακόμα και μέσα από τα κάγκελα, με την ίδια οξυδέρκεια έχουμε το θάρρος και το θράσος να υπερασπιζόμαστε τις επιλογές μας. Να υπηρετούμε τις ίδιες αξίες. Σε μία εποχή αφοπλισμού και παραίτησης, έχουμε την πολιτική ευθύνη να οπλίσουμε την Αναρχία μέσα από την προπαγάνδα της πράξης. Ο σύντροφος Alfredo είναι αναπόσπαστο κομμάτι αυτού του ρεύματος και εμείς, υπηρετώντας τη διεθνή κοινότητα των αναρχικών αιχμαλώτων, στεκόμαστε στο πλευρό του συντρόφου γιατί έτσι υπερασπιζόμαστε την ίδια την αναγκαιότητα του αναρχικού ανταρτοπόλεμου. We do not allow the murder of Alfredo Cospito, on hunger strike since October 20th. Call for international mobilization

On October 20th, anarchist Alfredo Cospito, during a trial at the Sassari surveillance court, made an attempt to read an articulate statement in which he was about to announce that he is starting a hunger strike against the 41 bis prison regime to which he is subjected and against life imprisonment without possibility of parole. A battle that Alfredo does not intend to stop, until his own death. The comrade, who has been in 41 bis since last May 5th, under a decree signed by then Minister of Justice Marta Cartabia, is now being detained in the Bancali prison in Sardinia.

Alfredo Cospito is an anarchist who has always been at the front line of struggles, never willing to compromise or give up. He is a comrade who has been fighting since the late 1980s, a period in which he was imprisoned as a total objector (for refusing to serve in the obligatory military service) and who, after his arrest in 2012, during the trial that followed, claimed the responsibility for the shooting of Ansaldo Nucleare executive Roberto Adinolfi, an act that was carried out by Nucleo Olga / Federazione Anarchica Informale – Fronte Rivoluzionario Internazionale, FAI-FRI (“Olga Nucleus” / Informal Anarchist Federation – International Revolutionary Front), and occurred on May 7th of the same year in Genoa.

Alfredo has been always active in the defense of comrades affected by repression, in every corner of the world. His struggle objectively concerns all detainees, among whom we particularly remember the three militants of Brigate Rosse per la costruzione del Partito Comunista Combattente (Red Brigades for the construction of the Combatant Communist Party) locked up for more than 17 years in 41 bis (Nadia Lioce, Roberto Morandi, Marco Mezzasalma). In 2009, comrade Diana Blefari, from the same organization, committed suicide after her living in this harsh prison regime.

Alfredo has been uninterruptedly in prison for 10 years, which he spent in High Security sections until his transfer to 41 bis. In 2016 he was involved in repressive operation “Scripta Manent”, accused of subversive association with the purpose of terrorism and multiple explosive attacks. Following a Supreme Court verdict in July this year, the sentence for Alfredo and Anna Beniamino was reformulated to “political massacre,” the only punishment which means prison for life. The Italian state that has always been protecting fascist mass murderers now wants to condemn two anarchists for massacre for an attack that caused neither victims nor injuries.

Alfredo has been for many years contributing articles, editorial projects and proposals to the international anarchist debate. For this reason, he has been censored several times and banned from communicating with the outside world, being condemned for the publication of the revolutionary anarchist paper “KNO3” and the latest edition of “Croce Nera Anarchica” (“Anarchist Black Cross”) and currently under investigation for the publication of the anarchist newspaper “Vetriolo”. After these measures, Alfredo was imposed to 41 bis in May and subsequently transferred from Terni prison to that of Bancali, in Sassari. This blocks him from any contact with the outside world.

The 41 bis serves to totally isolate the prisoner from the outside world. The measure is imposed for four years, but in fact the only way to get out is to repent and cooperate with the repressive forces. In other words, 41 bis is torture, as it is designed to induce suffering for the purpose of extorting confessions or statements.

This prison regime implies one hour of visitation per month with glass dividing, under electronic surveillance, and with audio and video recording. Only if family members do not have the opportunity to go to the interview, a monthly 10-minute phone call is allowed as an alternative to the prison visit, but in order to do so, the family member of the detainee must go to a Carabinieri station or inside a prison. In addition, there is only one hour of air time and social time inside the section, which take place in groups consisting of a minimum of two to a maximum of four prisoners: the division into groups is decided directly by the bureaucrats’ offices in Rome and it applies for several months.

The 41 bis is a prison regime of annihilation, it is designed to cause physical and mental damage through the technique of sensory deprivation; it is a political and social death sentence designed to break all forms of contact with the outside world. Alfredo’s treatment reminds us of the words attributed to Benito Mussolini about Gramsci: “This brain must be prevented from functioning for twenty years”.

An example of the black hole into which one ends up once enters 41 bis is precisely what happened on October 20th during the hearing at the Sassari surveillance court. In this hearing, the sympathizers were prevented from entering the courtroom, the comrade was connected via videoconference from prison as prescribed by 41 bis rules, and when he attempted to read his statement, his voice was taken away by pressing a button. The statement is secreted by the judges; if the lawyers released it, they would risk a heavy criminal sentence.

The story of the comrade Alfredo Cospito is entangled with an increasingly of dark repressive climate in the country. Outside the anarchist movement, we are also witnessing the increasingly oppressive repression against workers, students, and social movements. Let us cite the most striking case: this summer the prosecutor’s office in Piacenza opened an investigation against trade unionists accusing them of “extortion” because they were demanding, through a “radical” struggle (picketing and roadblocks), salary increases from the bosses.

We want to be understood even abroad that the repressive decline that the Italian state is adopting affects everyone personally, since a precedent of this magnitude in the heart of Europe could be a harbinger of further repressive rushes in other latitudes as well. All these are happening while the social crisis and the international military crisis are getting worse by the day. We know that these are the ideal contexts for governments to implement authoritarian turns. We have a few weeks to save Alfredo Cospito’s life, to prevent his assassination, but most importantly to give a signal of counterattack to what is happening. The state is responsible for the life and health of our comrade. Let’s mobilize around the world, let’s pressure the Italian state so that Alfredo can be released from 41 bis.

Athens, Greece: Responsibility claim for the incendiary/explosive attack on the house of the child rapist-pimp Elias Michos – Direct Action Cells

As Direct Action Cells we take responsibility for the incendiary attack on the home owned by the child rapist, pimp and member of the New Democracy party Elias Michos, and his ex-wife Elizabeth Lekka. In the early morning of 23/10, we placed a low-powered incendiary/explosive device at the entrance of their apartment building in the Attica area.

All this is already known, we are simply quoting it in a condensed form to make it absolutely visible that STATE AND CAPITAL VICTORY, VIOLATE AND KILL, that their very nature is exploitation, barbarism, devaluation of lives and the imposition of terror, and that every aspect of political and social life is class and value-determined. It is a SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING TERROR, VIOLENCE AND DEATH, with the corresponding mechanisms of communication management and laundering.

• Two years ago, after a solidarity meeting for those arrested during a march against the burning of garbage by Lafarge / AGET in Volos, the comrade Vassilis Maggos was arrested. The cops of the Magnesia Police Directorate torture him and, after covering their voracious violent appetites, throw him into the street. The blows were fatal for the comrade, who breathes his last breath on 13/7/2020. This state murder is still being covered up today by the state-judicial apparatus, as only three cops were indicted for the simple misdemeanour of “dangerous bodily harm”, while no names have been released, and now that the case is being tried, the “law and order enforcers” are committing violence against the people in solidarity who had gathered at the Volos courts.
• Last summer, the deafening case of the pimping and rape of a minor girl by her father and a cop at the Ilioupolis police station came to light, with the knowledge and the brutal cover-up of the other state agents of that department. The pimps, rapists and cover-ups are still circulating among us, the case was covered up and buried, until the next and the time after that when we will learn again about trafficking and (child) rape rings involving cops and “prominent” households.
• One year ago, on 22/10/2021, cops execute Nikos Sampanis in Perama, gunning him down with 36 bullets after a chase due to racial profiling, and defying orders from the operations centre not to follow the stolen vehicle. The cops claimed they were on “defense,” which of course was debunked by video footage and eyewitnesses. The follow-up is predictable. Immediately all seven were acquitted, returned to work as normal and are walking among us.
• This summer, on 28/6, Epaminondas Korkoneas, the cop who cold-bloodedly executed the anarchist student Alexandros Grigoropoulos on that bloody 6th of December ’08, is finally released from prison. Korkoneas received the extenuating circumstance of “prior lawful life”, and after serving his short term in Greek prisons, he is now walking among us. This follows the release of his accomplice, Vasilios Saraliotis, who was reinstated in the police force and even received compensation for his lost wages.
• Then, on 1/7, the serial rapist and abuser, Petros Filippidis, was released from prison after being hospitalised for a “light ischemic episode” and after paying the sum of 20,000 euros as bail. He is now walking normally among us.
• On 4/7, Athanasios Hortarias, the real estate agent who tortured and murdered Zack Kostopoulos / Zackie Oh! in the jewelry store in Gladstonos, on 21/9/2018, is released from prison. It seems he served his sentence for “grievous bodily harm”, so he is now walking among us as well. House arrest had also been imposed on the jeweller-killer, Spyridon Dimopoulos, while the latest development is the full acquittal by the Police Disciplinary Board for the four cops who handcuffed and abused Zack who was silenced.
• On the same day, 4/7, the Leventis are acquitted for the gang rape of Georgia Bika in a hotel in Thessaloniki, following a proposal by prosecutor Kyriaki Kliabas, and despite all the evidence proving their guilt. One does not fall from the clouds, knowing that the Leventis are scions of the well-known family that owns most of the share capital for the multinational company Coca Cola 3E. And they are now moving among us.
• This is followed on 13/7 by the acquittal of the humiliated ‘blue boy’, Dimitris Lignadis, for two of the rapes for which he was found guilty, while he was sentenced for two other rapes to 12 years’ suspended imprisonment. After paying a bail of 30000 euros, at noon on 14/7, Lignadis was finally released from prison and is now moving among us.
• Also, on 14/7, Aristides Kokkinos and Nikolaos Soutoglou, the two cops convicted for the torture of Christos Chronopoulos at Kallithea police station in 2007, were released from prison. They beat him so badly that they caused him permanent total physical disability. Of course, they received the mitigating circumstances of ‘previous lawful life’ and ‘subsequent good behaviour’, so they are now moving normally among us.
• On 29/7, Christos Sergiopoulos, the fascist who murdered in January 2013 the Pakistani worker Shahzat Loukman in Petralona, while he was going to work in the morning, is released from prison. After 6 years and 4 months in prison, he is now walking among us.
• And today, we see the favorable treatment of the two subhumans of the DIAS who gang-raped the 19-year-old girl at the police station of Omonia, who will have support and cover-up even if they are convicted, since, as already said, “the workload at the police station of Omonia is heavy, and it is logical that there will be some distraction of the children”. The two scoundrels are free on parole, their names are withheld, and the whole media mob is out to wash them out and bury the case, just like with the Ilioupolis Police Station. We do not forget, just as we do not forget any of the horrible scenes of humiliation caused by the scum of the Omonia Police Station. History is being written, and sooner or later the bill will be paid.

Justice is neither impartial nor blind

IT IS CLASS

The list goes on and on, the expressions of systemic violence as well as the incidents of cover-up are countless. Many of them may never come to light. But by quoting at least the above, we want to demonstrate that the state-capitalist system is absolutely intertwined and dependent on its legal and repressive mechanisms. It is a power complex that gives the feeling of impunity and absolute freedom to every cop, every fascist and every ’eminent, peaceful and decent citizen’ to carry out their outrages openly, and this is precisely what it wants to perpetuate. The sooner we understand that these scum are flesh and blood from the exploitative-class system which is robbing us of life and dignity, the sooner we will understand that only an organised revolutionary-radical movement can stand as a barrier to these outrages, only the resilience of the insurrectionary people can strike terror into the scum of the bourgeois-democratic regime and bring us closer to overcoming class society, patriarchy and omnipresent brutality.

Time for organisation and action

As we have said dozens of times in recent years, our enemies are not an abstract complex of relationships and meanings. They are real people, they move in the real world, they have real homes, vehicles and bodies. The only thing that separates us from a visit that will shatter their sense of omnipotence is whether we take a little time to research them, and a little determination and will to conquer the dignity and material power of a truly dangerous movement with real potential to overthrow the capitalist regime and its cultural superstructure.

Serial rape, prostitution, torture, economic exploitation of a 12 year old girl, targeting by the media mouthpieces that set up a stakeout outside the girl’s house, disorienting public opinion by trying to put the focus on the girl’s mother as the main culprit for the horrors the child was living: They demonstrate the thread of the tradition of the domestic bourgeoisie and its right-wing opportunists, from the times when the Khitans raped, tortured and executed the poor and resisters, and when the black marketeers speculated on the poverty and misery of war, with the arrogance and arrogance of a sense of eternal impunity and omnipotence. They demonstrate the values and the deeper essence of these anthropomorphic reptiles who, behind the facade of the doctrine of “Law and Order” and “Fatherland-Religion-Family”, hide their dark appetites and how they really see the world around them, namely as a field for brutal imposition, exploitation, bleeding and dissolution.

The “illustrious” Elias Michos, of Panagiotis, owner of the shop “OIKO-EPILOGES MICHOS” in Kolonos, is deep in the swamp of the domestic right, with hundreds of thousands of euros in direct contracts for supplies of products from his shop to various ministries under ND governments for decades. He was, moreover, until recently a leading member of the local organization of the ND in Kolonos. He organised election rallies at his home, while he regularly took photos with cops, priests and political figures of the right-wing scene, from Samaras to Plevris, and from Patoulis to Papanikos. Religious, nationalist, family man and boss, he covered up well the rottenness and disgrace that he hid inside himself, while he had set up the corresponding organized circuit with corresponding members of the “proud and illustrious” national body, thus ensuring their apparent immunity to lewdly and serially rape the body and soul of a 12-year-old child, and who knows how many others.

But his wife, Elizabeth Lekka, is also an “illustrious, very nice lady” (as the televangelist Balaskas described her), faithful to the values of ” Fatherland-Religion-Family”. She is a member of the municipal party ” Athina Psila” of the mayor Kostas Bakoyannis, appointed as a district councillor in the 4th municipal community of Athens, but also a member of the Board of Directors of the Municipal Infant School. She tried to bribe the mother of the 12-year-old girl so as not to publicly and irreparably expose her enviable family. While expediting the divorce proceedings with Michos (with whom, she claims, she had long been separated and merely cohabiting), just days before the scandal broke, and while she already knew what was going to happen.

Let’s put an end to victimisation

We expect no solution from the civil justice system, no name from the 213 on the list, no conviction of a cop, politician, rapist or judge. These are all their own children, they are an organized circle, a mafia clique that seeks our final crackdown, and that fully launders and supports the garbage they have on the loose. It’s time we put them in our crosshairs too, to answer their blows, to prove that they are vulnerable little men with only one purpose in life, to outdo their humiliation and their hammy personality by oppressing and destroying the lives of people who are objectively in a more vulnerable and weaker position than they are.

We have exhausted the examples of state arbitrariness. How much more do we need? Do we not understand that the scum who bloody marches and rallies, who humiliate and torture people in police stations, who hide behind fascist and church hate speech, have such a dark psyche that they are capable of anything? Don’t we understand that when a person founds his existence on the brute imposition and degradation of others, it is a natural consequence to practice all kinds and levels of violence, making it structural and systematic? The excuses have run dry. It is now obvious that we are ruled by a shameless mafia, which does not hesitate to trample on any “civic decency” in order to get oil for the scandals that break out repeatedly (wiretapping of political opponents, drug trafficking cartels, trafficking and child rape rings, direct assignments, criminal records and so much more). We have no choice but to stand on our feet and face this mafia head on, asserting that THIS IS NOT THE END OF HISTORY, WE ARE STILL HERE, not as victims, not as desperate cries and fireworks, not as defeated and with our backs against the wall, but as an active historical force fighting with all means to overthrow it.

Peripateticism, inarticulate cries and victimisation are the hallmark of the humiliated parrots of the state-suppressive apparatus. Worn-out tele-personas like Stavros Balaskas and Vassilis Doumas, under the wings of the stoned demagogues, show us every day, on every possible occasion, how a man who wants to live his life and his time with his head held high should avoid becoming one.

As far as the child rapists of the girl in Sepolia are concerned, but also all the would-be child rapists who of course “did not know the age”, who are “honest family men and respectable citizens”, “illustrious”, as Balaskas called the dregs of Michos: Sooner or later your names will be known one by one. Every Ioannis Sofianides, Anastasios Lazaridis, Nikolaos Kontaris and Efthimios Clothakis will lose sleep. Because there are people out here who have no hope and no expectations of the favours that bourgeois justice will bestow on them. Our only hope and only expectation is the militant and radical struggle that will bring terror into their homes, that will make fear change sides, so that revolutionary perspective and rebellious dignity can flourish.

WE HAVE A WAR

The longer it takes us to take an active position, the longer this war will continue to be waged one-sidedly, without an opponent. The rape of children, the rape of women, torture, femicide, fascist and paramilitary murders, all these are products of a social system that alienates us, alienates us from solidarity and empathy for our fellow man, makes us faceless machines of production and consumption of products, insensitive and lifeless components of the capitalist mega-machine, who do not understand or care what happens to those around them, what cloud of misery and destruction shadows the world from end to end. By recovering our humanity and our tenderness, we will understand more deeply the mechanisms that systematize violence and make it the monopoly of the ruling class, but also the mechanisms that make us cannibals, that make us want to find the weakest and impose ourselves on them.

The social war is raging, and the contribution of a movement that wants to call itself subversive and revolutionary must be substantial and multilevel. It behooves us to build structures and human relations that present our value gap with the capitalist world. To demonstrate that it is possible not to relate to people on the basis of competition, suspicion, let alone imposition and oppression. Against the world of organised rot and horror, there is another world, of solidarity, empathy and mutual respect, which must guard its ideals, organise itself to bleed for them, and keep its eyes fixed on the sky of the definitive uprooting of capitalism and its social construction from history.

On Sunday, October 23, on the margin of the planned reading against 41 bis in Piazza delle Gardenie, some of the people who attended decided to take part in a small demonstration in the Centocelle district of Rome. Blocking traffic and trams, slogans, sticking posters and writing on walls to shout that Alfredo’s fight is ours too. Strength comrade!

After learning of the start of Alfredo’s hunger strike, about thirty comrades gathered in the centre of Trento and held a small demonstration around the city. Lots of speeches and slogans and some wall writings, to remind us that the 41 bis detention regime and – more generally – repression affects everyone. All the more so at a time like this, when between high cost of living and war, someone else might think of raising their head and stop suffering.

Anarchist Alfredo Cospito started a hunger strike

Today, October 20, 2022, at the Sassari surveillance court, during a hearing concerning the seizure of correspondence, anarchist comrade Alfredo Cospito declared the start of a hunger strike against the 41 bis prison regime to which he was transferred on May 5. The comrade, who made a statement, was not present in the courtroom but connected by video conference from Bancali prison.

Oggi, 20 ottobre 2022, presso il tribunale di sorveglianza di Sassari, nel corso di una udienza riguardante il sequestro della corrispondenza, il compagno anarchico Alfredo Cospito ha dichiarato l’inizio di uno sciopero della fame contro il regime detentivo di 41 bis in cui è stato trasferito il 5 maggio. Il compagno, che ha fatto una dichiarazione, non era presente in aula ma collegato in videoconferenza dal carcere di Bancali.

Hoy, 20 de octubre 2022, delante del Tribunal de Vigilancia de Sassari, a lo largo de una audiencia en relación a la retención de correo, el compañero anarquista Alfredo Cospito ha declarado el comienzo de una huelga de hambre en contra del régimen penitenciario 41 bis en el que ha sido transferido el día 5 de mayo. El compañero, que ha formulado una declaración, no era presente en el aula sino que estaba conectado en videoconferencia desde la cárcel de Bancali. Seguirán actualizaciones.

Heute, am 20. Oktober 2022, erklärte der Anarchist Alfredo Cospito vor dem Überwachungsgericht von Sassari, während der Anhörung wegen der Beschlagnahmung seiner Briefkorrespondenz, den Beginn eines Hungerstreiks gegen das 41-Bis-Gefängnisregime. Am 5. Mai 2022 wurde er dorthin verlegt. Der Gefährte, der eine Gerichtserklärung verlas, durfte nicht im Gerichtssaal anwesend sein, sondern wurde per Videokonferenz aus dem Gefängnis Bancali zugeschaltet. Weitere Updates folgen.
